C-Coach Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 12934282). Our registered address is 10 Knockdown Road, Sherston, Malmesbury, England, SN16 0NJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC040552). We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What information we collect and why

When you complete the Start a Conversation form, we collect your name, job title, organisation name, and email address. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether C-Coach is a relevant fit for your organisation. Our lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests.

When you visit our website, we collect analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and referring source. This helps us understand how our content is being used. Where this involves non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent, which you provide or decline through the cookie banner when you first visit. Analytics data is retained in accordance with each provider's default retention period: up to 14 months for Google Analytics 4, up to 365 days for Hotjar, and up to 180 days for LinkedIn.

We use HubSpot as our CRM platform to manage enquiry and client contact records. Data you submit through our forms is stored in HubSpot and retained for three years from your last contact with us, or for as long as we hold an active commercial relationship with your organisation.

Third parties who process your data

We use the following third-party services, each of which processes data on our behalf as a data processor: Google Analytics 4 (analytics and traffic measurement), LinkedIn Insight Tag (campaign performance), HubSpot (CRM and contact management), Framer (website hosting), Google Appointment Scheduling (diary booking), Hotjar (behaviour analytics), and Cookiebot (cookie consent management).

Where these providers transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom, they do so under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling using the personal data we collect through this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the lawful basis. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
